It’s where you can grab a coffee in a historic downtown, take your kids to school, and be at SFO or on the 101 in less than 15 minutes. Whether you're looking for your dream home or simply want to experience the neighborhood, this guide has you covered.


Josh’s Favorite Coffee Spots Great coffee shops are more than just a caffeine fix they’re a perfect place to meet clients, unwind, or grab a pre-showing treat.

Go-To Eats (Lunch + Dinner) For those looking to enjoy great food or grab takeout during showings, these local spots are my go-to's.

They’re not just delicious—they also offer that community vibe:

  1. Jack’s Prime – Classic American with a modern twist.

  2. Backhaus – German bakery with amazing sandwiches and fresh bread.

  3. Celia’s Mexican Restaurant – A neighborhood favorite with hearty portions.

  5. The Pantry – A cozy brunch spot, ideal for catching up with friends.


Local Shops & Markets Supporting small businesses is something I believe in strongly, and these are the places I love to visit:

Parks & Outdoor Favorites These are the parks and outdoor spaces where I recharge, meet clients, or even film real estate and golf content:
