Joshua Lee
Josh is an accomplished real estate agent who specializes in residential real estate. His work includes assisting many different clienteles, ranging from savvy investors to first time home buyers, and helping them through the entire process of finding and buying a property. Josh has successfully navigated competitive negotiation situations and also understands the importance of keeping his clients informed at every step of the home buying process. Prior to being a real estate agent, Josh received his Doctor of Physical Therapy and worked as a physical therapist in the area. His experience working in healthcare gave him a true appreciation of what it takes to build authentic connections and work with people from many different backgrounds. Through his experiences in healthcare, he utilizes these skills in his work now as a real estate agent. He finds true joy in building connections with his clients and helping them find their dream home. Born in Union City, CA, Josh spent most of his childhood in the Peninsula Bay Area. He currently resides in San Mateo with his wife, Jessica, and their dog. In his free time, Josh loves to stay active, whether it be going to the gym or playing sports such as golf, pickleball, basketball, and volleyball. He also loves to travel, trying new foods, and going on adventures with his wife and their little pup, Ollie.
